How to Choose the Best Smartphone •

November 29, 2020 by tuio

With hundreds of smartphone brands competing for your attention, it can be a little difficult to find the perfect phone to meet all your needs. Most of them have many features that make them more attractive to others. While most, if not all, have basic functions such as camera, memory, calendar, internet connection, etc., some have much more advanced functions.

For example, the latest iPhone 12 Pro Max has better screen resolution, better battery capacity and a clearer camera than its predecessors, such as the iPhone 6. But even if the first one has much better features, that doesn’t mean the phone is suitable for everyone. Some people work very well with the iPhone 6 because it meets their daily needs.

What should I pay attention to when searching for my next smartphone? There are three factors that need to be taken into account:

Selection of the operating system

The choice of operating system mainly depends on two systems – Android and iOS. The choice is quite simple, but it would actually be more difficult if you tried it the first time, because they all have advantages and disadvantages. If you want to customize the device to your needs, you are part of the Android team. If you’re looking for a simpler but more powerful operating system, iOS with its regular updates is for you.

You just need to know that iOS is a bit restrictive in some cases. For example, you can’t load apps sideways if they’re not available in the app store, the split screen doesn’t exist yet (except for the iPad), it’s hard to set up your home screen, and most importantly, you can’t use launchers to change the look of your phone.

However, iOS has many benefits you might be interested in, including regular software updates, minimal inflation, iMessage, FaceTime, and no adware.

Display quality

Different phones have different display qualities. However, if you are looking for a more modern device, look for one with a panel bright enough for use in direct sunlight. Another decisive factor is the colour of the display. For example, phones like the Samsung Galaxy line have an AMOLED screen that offers better brightness, wider viewing angles and deeper blacks than LCD phones.

A Full HD screen (1920 x 1080 pixels) is the minimum we recommend. However, some devices have better brightness and offer a four-dimensional resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels). Others have a resolution of 4K (3840 x 2160), such as the Xperia XZ Premium, sold in trusted stores as Syntricate.

The quality of the display phone you want also depends on what you want to do with the phone. Is it for the games? Design work? Are you watching a movie? Or just for basic communication? For example, if you want heavy graphics for games, you will appreciate a higher resolution.

RAM andprocessor

A good processor allows your phone to open and run applications much faster. The same goes for RAM. Try to avoid phones with 1 GB of RAM as they will slow down your activity. At least 2 GB may be available, but most flagships now have at least 3 GB RAM.

Other factors to consider:

  • Battery life
  • Internal memory
  • Screen size
  • Camera
  • Advanced functions such as wireless charging, fingerprint sensors, etc. are also available.

Although finding the right phone can be difficult, advice from reliable dealers can make the process easier. Make sure you only buy products from shops such as Syntricate and you are sure to find a product that fits all your needs and budget.
